Large bedroom and a fully shared 2,000SF Berkeley Hills home. The owner is a part time MD near Lake Tahoe. Amenities include full kitchen with high-end European appliances. Kitchen has cookware, coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, dishwasher,... etc. Weber propane BBQ. Washer/dryer, hard wood floors, carpeted bedrooms, floor to ceiling windows, 25` from Codornices Creek, natural waterfall, sound of water year-round. Two shared modern bathrooms (one can be primarily but not exclusively yours), the other one has a tub.
This is not a locked bedroom apartment arrangement, the house is too nice for that. Please describe a little about yourself and why you think this would work for you and me.
Half acre lush (private) setting, grow plants or veggies in the deer-proofed garden. Sit, read, or sunbathe anywhere, all utilities included.
Lease terms are negotiable. The rent is for one person. Prefer a single student
There are two rental apartments below (separate entries) rented to engineering graduate students.
Good to have a vehicle or e-bike/scooter for grocery shopping since it is part way up the Berkeley hills. Easy bike ride to campus and can ride back or take the Bus up Euclid Ave with your bike on the front.
