What is NOT to like here: parking is on street, apt. does not have a washer/dryer. The Apt. is located directly under our MBR, and . . .despite soundproofing you will hear some sounds from feet, water pipes etc. upstairs. We expect tenant to be quiet in the PM as we go to bed relatively early. Apt BR has view of SF, but looks through our back yard, and if you open the BR window you can hear sounds from our yard. Apt. and patio are not totally private as they share the entry into the backyard of the house: owner will need to pass by the Apt. when accessing backyard. All windows have coverings for complete privacy as needed. No pets, no smoking please. Apt. is offered as a month to month lease for the mutual protection of landlord and tenant. Prefer long term tenant.
