Beautiful remodeled 3/2 Mediterranean home with bay view, spa & walkable to BART

We have a strong tie to Cal. My wife is an alumnus (Hass MBA '92) and we have been fans for over 25 years. (Go Bears!)

We are looking for a responsible renter for our thoughtfully renovated, expanded 1940s Mediterranean home from August 2024 through... May 2025.

Our home has original architectural elements, an expansive tile courtyard, and views of the San Francisco Bay. We have owned the home for over 24 years and care about how well our tenants will treat it. You'll love the cook's kitchen, the hardwood floors, 3 queen-sized beds*, and the new hot tub with a wrap-around deck.

You will be a 7-minute walk to BART (door to UC Berkeley campus in ~20 minutes)

Includes showers in both bathrooms, a basement office, an on-demand water heater, solar power (to reduce your electricity bills), and a Level 2 electric vehicle (EV) charger.

We have no air conditioning (but the SF Bay breezes keep the home cool). Every year, you may find we have some days of hot weather without bay breezes. When that happens, each room has a fan to keep you cool.
