Fall Roommate Needed: Fully furnished 1bd/1ba with all amenities included! Apartments (Shared Housing)

Incoming undergraduate senior looking for a fellow female-identifying undergrad or graduate student to share the lease for the upcoming (25-26) academic year, as my current roommate is moving out.

This place is a 1 bed/1 bath, but my current... roommate and I have rearranged it so that we each have individual space, with me in the bedroom and her in the living room. If you'd like, we can keep things that way (potentially even add a partition for more privacy), or we can have both beds in the bedroom. My current roommate and I previously shared the bedroom (as shown in the images), and there is certainly enough space to do so, though it's just slightly cramped. Also the bathroom is en-suite, though I don't mind having my roommate entering whenever necessary if we do keep the current split space arrangement.

The rent is $1425 per person, and that includes all utilities including wifi. The only additional payment is for laundry, which is coin-operated and on-site. The unit is also fully-furnished including a cable TV and sofa which can pull out into an extra bed. In addition to that, all kitchen appliances, utensils, cookware, etc. are included, and the landlord is always happy to provide more if needed. All linens are included as well should you want them, making this place very friendly to international students.
