Modern Airbnb perfect for Students/ busy traveling workers
This is a fully functional Airbnb that we are transitioning to students and traveling workers only so we can have less turn around. It will however stay on the "all inclusive" system to facilitate bills and scheduling cleaner yard workers etc....
About the house:
This is a five bedroom 3.5 bathrooms with a large kitchen and living room. All the house needs is provided and is fully furnished. You are allowed to request us to remove things from your private bedroom to make more space if thats what need/want. However, no personal furniture will be allowed to be added to the bedroom. Every Bedroom is for one person only. We don't mind if a couple takes two bedrooms, but we cant have two people on each bedroom due to a house limitation enforced by landlord. We have two cats in the house, so no more pets can be accepted at this time. included the rent fees: washer and dryer and the soap and softener so no need to buy your own. house cleaning yard worker some kitchen items like salt, cooking oil, and other to avoid clutter. fast wifi TV on every bedroom Space for bikes by the side gate. storage space and Safeway right next to bart station bart less than a mile away.
About you:
This is a shared house and though we might have multiple students here at a times, this is not a party house. We have quiet hours at night but during the day some noise is expected such as if you work from home or have online courses on a hybrid system at school. if you like to exercise there is a mini gym in the garage but also a huge park behind us if you prefer running. (just google Booker T Anderson park)
More info can be provide in person, willing to do video interviews for those moving here from abroad. But the house will notbe shown over video for safety reasons.
