Room available in 2bed/1bath two-story apartment in Gourmet Ghetto!

My name is Michael, I'm a 5th year MCB grad student. My roommate, Kevin, is graduating soon (!!!) and moving so I am looking for a new roommate to move in on June 1st to our awesome apartment in North Shattuck (near Cheeseboard)! The room is... medium-sized and upstairs in a 2-floor 2bed/1bath apartment (second and third floors of a three-story apartment building). I think the apartment is a great deal given its location and layout. I'm looking for a fellow student or a professional who is respectful, clean, and might enjoy some occasional activities like biking/cooking/movie nights/etc.

Lease information:
-you would be joining in on a month-to-month lease
-one room (~110 ft2) in a 2bed/1bath apartment
-rent: $1250 / month (with an optional $50/month parking spot)
-utilities + wifi: ~$90 / month

Details about the place (also see pics):
-10min walk to campus
-15min walk to Bart
-near the Milvia / Virginia intersection so great for biking routes!
grocery stores, restaurants and shops within a few minutes by foot
-all of the appliances, sinks, etc. work great and the management team is good at fixing anything if needed
-The kitchen sink has a garbage disposal
-shared laundry with five other apartment units (takes quarters and never seems too busy which is nice)
-the top two floors of a three story building so no upstairs noise and windows can be left open!
-easy living situation with the neighbors

What it's like to live with me:
-I'm a graduate student in biology who spends a lot of time in the lab on weekdays and some time on the weekends.
-I like to keep the kitchen and other shared spaces clean. I am definitely on the cleaner side but I also don't go nuts if things get out of order occasionally.
-I tend to go to bed around 11-11:30 pm and wake up around 7-8 am, although occasionally, I'll stay up later. I am a fairly deep sleeper.
-I'm a fan of music, movies, food, puzzles, exercise/biking, and otherwise just having an easy-going living situation.
-The most important thing to me is having a respectful and friendly roommate!
