Seeking 1 roommate for sunny Temescal 3-Bedroom

We are two mid/late 20-somethings looking for a chill and friendly roommate for the third bedroom in our sunny third-floor apartment starting 8/1! We're centrally located in the Temescal neighborhood, a 7-minute walk from MacArthur BART with easy... access to multiple bus lines. The room is large with a walk-in closet. Feel free to reach out with a description about yourself if you're interested!

A little about us: we're a queer-friendly apartment, we like to keep common spaces tidy and friendly but we aren't big partiers. We also live with J's sweet and friendly cat, Hestia, but are not looking to add any more fluffy friends at this time.

J (28) she/her is a Berkeley linguistics PhD student who loves swing and contra dancing and also being outside hiking and biking.

L(25) she/they works in music, likes to stay active with running and rock climbing, and loves to cook.

We are looking to add a roommate who is respectful of common spaces and is comfortable with keeping things clean. If that sounds like you, hit us up :)
