Summer Cottage Sublet - Immediate Move-In, Until August 26!
I’m subletting my 1-bedroom cottage near El Cerrito this summer, available anytime between June 24 and August 26 (dates flexible).
The cottage is newly built, clean, and fully furnished, with a washer & dryer, mini dishwasher, oven—basically... everything you’ll need. It’s located in the backyard of my landlady’s home—she’s 77 and lives there with her cat. The setup is quiet, private, and self-contained.
I’m open to subletting for the whole period or just part of it, and rent is negotiable.
The one non-negotiable is cleanliness and care for the space. It’s a shoes-off, peaceful home, and I’m looking for someone who will treat it with the same respect I do.
