This lovely craftsman house is available from mid April until late October. My husband and I live here half of the year and rent it while we are away. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a spacious living and dining room and an room behind the kitchen... that can be used as an office space. The living room has a fireplace and buildt in shelves. There are are also built in shelves in the dining room. The original craftsman details are quite lovely. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a bathroom with a shower inside a claw-foot tub. The smaller bedroom has a double futon that can be used as a bed or couch. It has a small bathroom with a shower. There is a garden in back with a table, umbrella and chairs and a lemon and pear tree which is available to use. There is a 2nd one bedroom house on the lot which is rented long term to a single man. It has a porch overlooking the back yard. There is parking available on the driveway for one car and there is also amble street parking.
