2br/1ba Downtown Berkeley Apartment - $2395/mo. High Ceilings, Lots of Light
Myself and my housemate are looking for two folks to take over our 2b/1ba downtown Berkeley lease immediately running through July with the ability to extend on a 12 month basis. Rent is $2395/mo with trash and water included. If desired, the... bedrooms could be rented out individually but a full lease takeover is preferred. The unit is partially furnished (with a couch, kitchen table and chairs, beds in each bedroom, a bookshelf, and a full armoire in one of the bedrooms). The apartment is on Dwight and Shattuck, ~0.5 miles from Berkeley Campus. There is no reserved parking, but substantial on-street residential parking. For transit, there is an 18 (to/from downtown Oakland) and the Transbay F (to/from San Fransisco) stop directly outside the door, and it is within five blocks of BART and all other major Berkeley transit lines. The apartment has extremely high ceilings, onsite laundry, a very spacious kitchen, a porch shared with the apartment next-door, one reserved raised garden bed in the back yard and space for one to two more more. The apartment is a great fit for someone who wants easy access to downtown Berkeley, enjoys cooking or having a spacious kitchen, and likes a lot of light in their space.

Residential streets off of shattuck (Dwight, Milvia, etc.) have ample street parking, and for loading/unloading during the day there is business parking directly in front of the apartment
