couple blocks north of Rose Garden near corner of Euclid and Cragmont, bus stop on corner. Easy bike ride down, exercise going up. Big rooms with big new windows. 3 new heat pumps. Instant hot water heater. Living room and dining room, deck off... living room, huge rock and huge tree in back. Mostly oak floors. Two 9X12 accessory buildings with lights and windows, unfinished except with plywood floors and doors with locks - suitable for storage, maybe studio space/office. I just added 3 heat pumps and a metal roof for fire safety. Year to year lease, won't raise rent while same group or even if you substitute UC student. You have to pay for renter's insurance (might get it with auto insurance policy), but I would like people who are willing to use new weed whacker to keep brush down for fire inspection plus dump fallen leaves in green bin. Looking for cooperative, quiet, reasonable grown ups who want a safe and peaceful place to live. The rent is below market, I always repair right away, you would pay ALL utilities. I have had a group of rotating grad students staying for many years. Looking for similar type of renters. I am a luddite, lots of pictures are uploaded by friend on Craigslist - look for Berkeley $5888.
