The beautiful, secluded and quiet cottage is located , along with a main house and a small studio, on a double lot with several beautiful garden areas. The airy cottage has its own sunny patio screened by greenery. The street and neighborhood are... quiet, safe, and family-friendly, and close to great fresh food shops and outdoor recreation facilities.

The cottage is located in the backyard of our craftsman home, where we've lived for 35 years and raised our two children. My husband is the designer and builder of the cottage, which is built to passive house standard. I work in the sustainable agriculture field, mainly from my home office. We are responsive to tenants' needs for trouble-shooting any issues with the cottage. Tenants can also use the larger garden area for occasions.
