The sleeping area includes a comfortable queen bed, with a... large closet and roll-out drawers under the bed for extra storage. The unit also includes a small desk and upholstered desk chair. All furniture is quality and comes from high-end brands. In addition, we've fully loaded the apartment with everything you need for it to feel like home on day one, including fresh linens; a hair dryer; kitchen amenities like a toaster, blender, coffee maker, tea kettle, utensils, dishes, starter oils and spices, etc. It also includes all utilities (including heat and air conditioning, and the fastest wifi available in Oakland!).

Located on the edge of the popular Elmwood and Rockridge neighborhoods, you’ll get a quiet night’s sleep on a tree-lined street despite being only 2 blocks from the many dining, shopping, and transportation options of College Ave. Within 2 blocks you will find a grocery store, baker, 4 coffee shops, and numerous boutiques. Campus is <1.5 miles away, an easy and pleasant walk if you choose not to bike or take the 51B bus.

This unit is on the ground floor of a triplex, and we live upstairs. It is very well sound-proofed and has a private, gated entrance. We do not share access to our front porch upstairs or the back yard.
