The bedroom has a full size bed with a new supportive mattress and comforter. Inside is a large closet and a dresser with plenty of space for your clothing. There is more storage in the unit for linens, towels, coats, etc.

The apartment has a well-stocked kitchen and linens for the bedroom and bathroom. All you have to do is go to the store and you are ready to begin your stay in Berkeley! The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pots & pans, plates & cups.

We include a Sonic Gigabit fiber internet connection that provides ultra fast download speeds. Working from home and streaming movies is a breeze!

We provide a fully furnished home including bath towels and bedding. We will provide an initial supply of consumable items like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper that the tenant should plan on refilling as needed. Washer and dryer are located in the bathroom for your convenience.
