• The studio also comes supplied with serving platters, cutting boards, a spice rack with basic spices, basic cooking utensils, basic cooking supplies (e.g., olive oil balsamic vinegar, etc.) as well as coffee, teas, sugar, and honey. For food storage and cleaning, there are ample supplies of plastic wrap, plastic bags, parchment paper, foil, cleaning supplies, dishwasher pods, cleaning fluids (e.g., Windex, Simple Green).
• Queen size bed with new linens and bedding for winter (brand new down comforter, down featherbed mattress topper, down pillows). For summer and warmer nights, there are lighter weight coverlet blankets, and percale sheets. The studio also has a large wood antique steamer trunk in which to store bedding that is not in use.

• Bath area. Marble bathroom with glass shower, 3 mirrors and 2 large built-in medicine cabinets. The bath area comes equipped with towels, hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash and soap. The medicine cabinet has extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, q-tips, thermometer, combs, tissues, first aid kit.

• Brand new light oak floors, entre carpet as well as a comfort mat in the kitchen

• Desk with ergonomic desk chair. Desk has touch drawers which are filled with basic office supplies (paper, post its, pens/pencils, stabler and stapples, paper clips, ruler, etc.). The desk chair swivels, tilts, can be adjusted for height and has casters, so it can move and be used as a side chair. A small printer is available upon request.

• Three position couch. The couch can function as a sofa, a lounger (the back inclines slightly) and a bed.

• Large 55” LG TV is on an arm with full 90 degree swing out so that the TV can be viewed from most areas in the studio.

• Flexible space. The unit can be used as a bedroom as well as a place to gather. TV, bed, and desk chair move, allowing the studio to be configured into living room space as well as a bedroom.

• Laundry area. The adjoining room is completely finished with tile floor and tasteful decoration. Besides the washer and dryer, supplies are stored in built-in cabinets. Some are filled with laundry supplies (detergent, bleach, distilled water, cleaners, Woolite, stain remover, dryel, etc). Others have modest storage and hold extra sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels, as well as supplies for office desk, cleaning, kitchen and bathroom (toilet paper, paper towels). A separate closet adjacent to laundry area contains a canister vacuum, brooms, dustpan, iron and ironing board. Note: Washer and dryer are shared with another studio one day of the week.
