Bedroom in bungalow

We are subletting two rooms this summer (one will be available from May 18, the other from June 24) and looking for one to two no roommates starting in the fall!

Mine is a room in a 3-bed-1-bathroom house in South Berkeley on Carleton Street, a... 10-minute bike ride and a 30-minute walk to campus, within walking distance from Berkeley Bowl and Trader Joe’s. Rent is roughly $1,333 a month, excluding utilities.
There is no assigned parking, but there is plenty of parking on the street right in front of the house! This summer, you'd be sharing the communal spaces with a Ph.D. student - my housemate Kyle (male, 28 years old, History Department).

There will be two rooms available this summer and I'm also looking for new roommates for next year (one-year lease).
