Bright and Peaceful Room in Rockridge

Hi there! I’m looking for a considerate and responsible housemate to share my lovely 2-bedroom apartment in a quiet Rockridge quadplex. It’s a charming place—street-level entrance, front and back porches, a shared fenced backyard, and just a short... walk to BART, Transbay bus stops, Berkeley, and many great neighborhood spots.

The room available is bright, spacious (14x14), and unfurnished. It has two sliding, wooden French doors- an early 1900s architectural detail. We’ll split utilities (about $80/month) and fiber internet ($38/month). The apartment also has an in-unit washer/dryer, a walk-in closet, large shared external storage, and free permitted street parking.

About me:
I’m a professional woman in my 30s. I care about creating a calm, clean, and low-key home where we both feel comfortable. I appreciate a friendly vibe—the occasional shared meal or chat—but also respect personal space. I’m looking for someone considerate, communicative, and willing to share household tasks like cleaning.

One well-behaved dog may be welcome with a meet-and-greet and additional $500 deposit
