Charming & Cozy Apartment, Prime Location Near Solano Shops, Albany Hill, & Albany Bulb! (Sublet / Shared Housing)

Hello! I'm looking to share my 2 bedroom apartment with the right person starting around (or before) June 1st.

This apartment is in an awesome location, on a mostly quiet, safe street steps from Solano Avenue, where there are miles of walkable/... bikeable businesses. We are also a 10-15 minute walk to Albany hill and Albany bulb, and a 2 minute drive to the I-580 freeway. There are bus lines very close by, and the Bart is about a mile away.

The room is 11' x 10' and has a built-in closet and a big window.
The living room is really cute, with an high A-frame ceiling and a porch (with lots of plants) attached.
The room comes empty but the common spaces are more or less furnished. If there is something you want to bring in terms of furniture for the living room, kitchen, or bathroom, we can make room for it (or replace something that’s already there).
The kitchen is small but completely functional for 2, and the bathroom is shared. The bathroom is between the 2 rooms, so we don't share a wall, which is nice for privacy.
We have open parking under the unit, and lots of street parking, plus laundry in the building (coin operated).
Utilities are just internet and PG&E, which total 80-120 per person/month (winter months are more expensive with heat).

You'll be living with me - I'm a friendly 41 year old woman building a coaching & healing business, and working remotely as a health coach part-time. I'm a responsible & considerate roommate who is clean in the common spaces. I enjoy a delicate mix of social time and solo time, and I stay pretty busy. I do use the home to decompress, meditate, and cook. Sometimes I’ll work from my room (or in the common spaces if no one’s home), and I like to have a friend or three over every once in a while.

I'm looking for a compatible roommate who is friendly, responsible, clean-enough, and communicative. It would be great if we get along and find each other’s flows agreeable.
