Dartmouth House is fully furnished, it offers 1,600 sq. feet of living space with hardwood floors. Three bedrooms ,one bath and garden.
Across the way from UC Village. The loft bedroom for rent upstairs with 3 skylights, a view of the sunset, and... features a king size bed, as well as a fold out futon. There are 2 bed rooms in main floor of the house that might have 2 Airbnb guests sometimes.

There is a 55 inch flat screen TV in the living room with broad cast TV.
The house has a Wifi connection.
A large fully equipped Kitchen with dining table and chairs, coffee maker, plenty of utensils, pots and pans, microwave, a toaster, gas stove, a refrigerator, spices and condiments with a shopping center just across the street where Sprouts Supermarket, Starbucks and more can be found.
Tokyo Fish Market and Whole foods is just two blocks away.
Night Life - Club Ivy (on the corner of Solano and San Pablo), and Ashkenaz Music and Dance Community Center, near Gilman Avenue, are also in walking distance. Quality restaurants and shops, can be found on Solano Avenue only two blocks north from Dartmouth.
It is a 10 - 15 minute walk to the BART station, Half a block to the nearest bus stop. Solano Avenue, the main commerce area of Albany complete with restaurants, cafes and 2 great night clubs with live music every night.
Freeway access within a mile either northwest or southwest of our address make Dartmouth House a truly convenient and ideal location. Quite and safe.
