Elmwood Backyard Studio

Sunny, comfortable, furnished, backyard cottage studio, 450 sq. ft., with access to the garage for bike storage. It's an easy walk or bus ride to campus or BART. The property owners/landlords live across the patio in the main house. The right tenant... will be quiet, dog-loving, VERY NEAT, non-smoking and respectful of the proximity of the landlords and other neighbors.

The ideal tenant will also be available for some dog-walking, dog-sitting and/or other occasional help (for pay!).

Lease by academic year only, which excludes summers. Landlords often wish to rent back from tenant during the Thanksgiving holiday and much of the Winter holiday.
