I am looking for a reliable and respectful housemate for a bedroom or... work/live space in a 3-story modern townhouse in Marina Bay (completed in November 2021). The townhouse has two ensuite/ master bedrooms, 2. 5 bath, a live/work space. There’s a community hub within a 2-minute walk where you can study or reserve space for meetings or gatherings. I can share the fob for entrance.
Looking for non-smokers. no drug or alcohol. Scent-free environment* Prefer a housemate who does not use scented products. Free parking in the communities and on the street
