Fully Furnished Double Bedroom (Summer Sublet), Close to Campus!
Looking to sublet my room for the summer! The room is a double in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment, so I am looking for 2 occupants to sublease in place of me and my current roommate!
Located in Downtown Berkeley and is right across the street from the bus... stop/the Pegasus Books book store.
The apartment is fully furnished. The living room/kitchen includes an in unit washer and dryer, coffee table, couch, TV, electric stove, fridge, dish washer, along with some chairs at the kitchen counter. The bedroom comes with a full size bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair for each person, and also has a private bathroom located inside the bedroom.
All utilities are included in the rent except for electricity, which is paid separately through PG&E.
The rent listed ($1500) is the approximate total cost, including electricity, per occupant.
Parking garage is available for a fee.
In correlation to the floor plan provided, I'm subletting Bedroom B. The bedroom has been rearranged to unstack the bunk beds and are placed in a similar layout as Bedroom A. Please message me for a video of the exact apartment layout.
