We are looking for a UC student or a professional who is responsible. this year, all tenants are UC Berkeley grad students . tenant's room is only single occupancy in this house. furnished and spacious modern room with tree view, walking closet... much more available. (single occupancy) ABOUT THE HOUSE: Beautiful, spacious 4,000 sq. ft., and fully furnished 4 suites with hardwood floors throughout, located in a charming home nestled in the redwoods . and big 6 bedrooms and full size 5 bathrooms. High ceilings overlooking mountains. Less than a mile from freeway. ( easy excess any direction. There is secure parking on the street all the time 24/7.
The house is a 5-15minutes drive from UC Berkeley campus and 2 minutes from the Montclair Village. The house is close to Rockridge Bart Station (3-5minutes). To drive to SF, it takes around 30 minutes without traffic. everything (super markets, Asian market, all kind of restaurant ..., less than 1 mile)is near by. This neighborhood is quiet and safe where the middle high and upper class live:
ABOUT THE ROOM: This room looks like suite. private room with private bathroom with door. it has walking closet, French style door balcony, many window with tree view. . ALL INCLUDED UTILITIES . Fully furnished. Good and clean furniture available for free (queen bed, desk, chair, drawer, rocking chair , sofa ,refrigerator and more.
All of the tenants are UC Berkeley students. ****single occupancy each room. *** We are looking to share house with a polite, respectful, reasonably quite person who knows how to clean up after themselves and be a respectful tenants. NO PET, No smoking and no drugs will be tolerated. this is a place for someone who wants a safe, quite place to live and study, not a place to party at. We have rented to Cal students and visiting faculty for over 25 years with great success. many tenants stayed all the way through undergraduate. first year undergraduate to PhD student became professor in UC Berkeley too. Foreign students or faculty are welcome here. prefer 2 month lease but month to month is fine too. option to renew if everything is working out.
