* Currently 3 of us, living harmoniously: 2 girls (students) and 1 non-binary male, leaning on female side energy-wise (Cal alumnus). Energetically, the household has a female vibe that we like.
* One girl (starting grad school) has expressed strong interest in 1 of the 2 available rooms, but not confirmed.

* Can be used as a CREATIVE-PROJECTS area (the doors to the kitchen and corridor can be closed, and the living room becomes private, for special creative projects such as massage, dance, yoga, photo shoots)
🏠 LARGE KITCHEN with:
* dishwasher that works damn well :) * full-sized fridge and a mini-fridge * large island * toaster oven * just about all the pots and pans you'd want - unless you're a professional chef, haha * feels like a cafe, fun to people-watch from the windows - like being at a street-side table! (On a medium pedestrian-traffic street)

* residents can get a permit from the city of Berkeley
🏠 SMALL BACKYARD:
* shared with 2 units at bottom of house * clean bench - perfect for picnics * plants maintained by the management (we also have our our plants in the front of the house)

* the house is very elegant, throughout. High ceilings, and a long corridor suitable for a fashion-show runway (maybe we'll organize one!)

* in addition to the private closets in each of the available rooms, there are lots of shelves in the long corridor

* Each of the 2 available rooms is $1,600/mo, if taken by single occupants.
* If one of the 2 rooms is converted into a "double", or taken up by a couple, then the split (negotiable) could be : - $900/person for the 2 people (as double room, or for couple) - $1,400 for the person taking the single room.
The total for the 2 rooms must add up to $3,200. The split is to take into account the increase in resource usage (kitchen, bathroom, etc) by the extra person in one of the rooms, if we go that way.
* You will be on the lease, on equal footing with everyone else
* Utilities / Internet are extra (and shared) : we have a good WiFi, of course ;)

Originally from Italy - I immigrated in the US in my teens.
