There's a small kitchen area with sink, new fridge, hotplate, microwave, toaster, Instapot cooker, and more. There is a wall heater for winter months. The bedroom has finished wood floors with a large area rug and wood paneling, built-in storage and is right off the kitchen. I also have an awesome backyard with a giant oak tree and nice seating areas and a huge vegetable garden.
I also have a very friendly dog named Skye.

It's a short walk to Whole Foods on Gilman or Sprouts Market in Albany. Also walking distance from Berkeley Natural, Monterey Market, and the Westbrea Biergarten, and lots of cool eating places plus it's near buses to UC campus, SF, and Oakland.
