House is ~900 sq ft house total. Communal kitchen, dining room and living room. Clean laminate flooring, large/bright windows, 1 closet with detached shed storage available for camping gear, luggage, etc. No pets allowed, single occupancy only. No TV cable.
Rent: $900/mo Security Deposit: $750 Lease Term: Normally we start with 3 months to start that converts to month to month but are open to different/longer. All prospective tenants will be required to submit a non-refundable screening fee through a screening service.
ALL utilities included (water, gas, electricity, internet) The bathrooms and kitchen in the house also have a monthly cleaning, included in the rent price.

About the housemates:
We're looking for somebody who is nice, respectful, communicative and clean and will fit in nicely with our current house lifestyle. Preferably a fellow graduate student, or a young professional who is in mid/late-20s and mature.
You'll be living with three other housemates. They will be sharing the main house, kitchen, and laundry with you. Another housemate is in the separate garage unit and only shares storage and laundry with the rest of the house.
One tenant is a City Planning graduate student, another is a working professional and the garage tenant works as a researcher at the University. They all have fairly normal schedules and keep to themselves for the most part. Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am. Weekends are usually spent going out and house chores, etc.
