Private Room in Beautiful Neighborhood

Join this lovely house in an amazing location!

A room is becoming available in our 3 bed / 2.5 bath home, located in the heart of Elmwood, my favorite neighborhood in the area! Within a couple of blocks, you’ll find great restaurants, shops, and... convenience stores. The bus stop is 2 minutes away, and it’s about a 10-minute bike ride to campus.

Move in date: August 1 (or we could start in mid-July too if you need it).

The room is unfurnished. The rest of the house is fully equipped (but if you have some furniture, we can also make some changes). It has in-unit washer, dryer and dishwasher.

You get a private room, and you'll share a full bathroom with one other person. The rest of the areas (living room, kitchen and a half bathroom) are shared with the other two tenants. There is also one parking spot, and currently one of the tenants has a car, so there could be some sharing on that front (plus there's plenty of space on the street too).

The current rent is $1350 per month (utilities not included).
Note: Rent may increase (last increase was $200 in Aug 2024, split 3 ways).

You'd be living with me, a 29 year old male PhD student in Economics, and Hayden, a 24 year old male law student. We are both nice and like to keep the place neat and clean (but not freakishly so), and are looking for someone similar—ideally close in age to both of us and planning to stay at least a year. No pets or smoking/vaping indoors.
