We have a nice room to rent - your own private room. Very convenient location close to bus stop, in safe North Berkeley section - North Berkeley; Bart (metro - 1 stop away from UC Berkeley) or direct bus (stop is one block away, 10 min ride), ride... your bike 15 min to campus or 25 minutes walk.

Rent can start anytime in August 2025 and if needed in July, it is possible too. We would prefer to have a 10 months minimum lease, 6 months is minimum.

You will have access to the kitchen, garden and rest of the house.
Bathroom is shared with another student. All is included, bed sheets, towels, well equipped kitchen, etc.

Owner speaks French and English. I usually welcome two students at the time in my house. I take pride of maintaining well my house. I am working full time and I often travel; I can be here for you and give you information to get around. I look forward to hearing from you.

This room is in a private and quiet home. It is furnished and includes a bed, night stand, dresser, closet, bookshelf, desk and chair, mini fridge. Included as well are towels and bed sheets. Utilities & Wifi are included.

Note that we have a friendly cat in the house who is very social.
