Private Room in Shared Student House (Sublet / Shared Housing)

This is a wonderful room on the top floor of a three floor house. I am subletting my unit for the spring because I'm moving in with a friend, which is a longer term place for me.

It's an old victorian house that has been very well maintained. The... house is completely furnished, both in the private bedroom and in the common space. Common space includes an office/library room, a piano/TV room, dinning room, living room, laundry room with free washer/dryer, large kitchen with a large pantry, 4 bathrooms (one will be your dedicated bathroom). There is a patio outside with some tables and chairs.

All utilities are included in the price. The space is professionally cleaned once per week. There is an RA who takes out the trash and empties the dishwasher. She also enforces rules if anyone is making trouble, but it's a generally quiet house. Some social gatherings and dinner parties, but no ragers. Everyone in the house is a student aged 20-27, some grads and some undergrads. About half of the students are international.

Walking distance to campus and 5 minutes walking to Telegraph or College Ave with plenty of restaurants, bars, etc. There is bike storage in the house if needed.

In your private room:
The room comes with a full-size closet, carpet, dresser, desk, chair, lamp, small bookshelf, twin XL bed, and mattress (and set of sheets if you want mine). Two windows that are south-facing and let in a lot of light.
The bedroom I'm subletting uses a bathroom that has a medicine cabinet, toilet, and shower. You would share with two people, one woman and one man. There is a bathtub in the other bathroom you can use.

In the kitchen/pantry:
3 industrial-size fridges and freezers. You would get a dedicated shelf in one of the fridges and freezers. You also get a dedicated shelf and drawer in the pantry.
2 dishwashers, the pantry has all the dishes and cooking utensils you need, the landlord provides basic spices and supplies like oil, flour, and salt.

In the rest of the house:
There is everything you need to lounge, study, or play. The piano room and the study have doors that are pretty soundproof. There is a real piano and a TV with an HDMI plug. Even though the house has 13 people in it, there is plenty of space. All the residents are very friendly :-)

Normal washer and dryer. Price of wash/dry is included in rent and the landlord provides detergent.
