We are looking for a graduate student, postdoc/faculty or visiting scholar from UC Berkeley to share our sun-filled, stylish designer condo. We have 3 bds, 2 baths and a fire place. All our windows and our spacious balcony look at the beautiful... Berkeley hills. It is a short walk to the University Village, to the buses to the UC Campus, BART and San Francisco. The restaurants of Solano Ave are in walking distance as well. There is plenty of space to park on the street.
We are a household of two, Agnes (59 yo, psychotherapist) and her daughter Lisa (27 yo, bio-engineer). Lisa works from home on Mondays and Fridays, Agnes on Fridays. We are night owls - and we hope our room mate is too.
We work a lot, and usually socialize outside of our home.
We also play music (mostly classical and Irish) but would always honor our room mate's quiet time. Our room mate is welcome to play our piano, and harpsichord, as well as use our Peloton style bike. Monthly cleaning service is included in the rent. Though the bedroom comes with a partially shared bathroom, the roommate will have his separate bathtub and shower.
Our home is absolutely drug and smoke free.
