A safe tree-lined residential street in a lovely walkable, bikeable, and desirable Berkeley neighborhood. A 5 -10 min walk to delightful cafes such as Sconehenge, the Berkeley Bowl and Whole Foods grocery stores, and College Ave. shops. Bus transit and rental bikes stations a block away, subway stations are 10-15 minute walk down Shattuck Ave. Parking on street restricted to 2 hrs. M-Sat without permit, permit may be obtained with vehicle registration change, and our driveway may be used until permit obtained.
