Quiet Garden Studio Summer Sublet
Sweet and quiet private studio that opens into a large beautiful garden. This unit is the bottom floor of a house where a quiet couple and their dog live. I’ll be doing research this summer so won’t be in Berkeley—perfect for scholars, grad students,... post docs, etc visiting for summer! Full kitchen and bathroom (large shower, no tub.) Less than 10 min to campus, easily accessible by bus which is 2 blocks away.
4 blocks north of Solano Ave, which is a quaint commercial street with a grocery store, gyms, coffee shops, lots of restaurants, etc.
Apartment comes furnished, suitcase ready. I’ll be storing some of my things in one of the closets but will leave the other one free and open for you to use! (rent is discounted to account for this)
Laundry (washer and dryer) accessible in the main house. Super communicative and chill landlord lives upstairs. All utilities included in the price. She wants to meet whoever will sublet so you’ll need to be in Berkeley beforehand to do that.
