Quiet, Safe, Lovely, Rental in Nice Neighborhood
I am a former Berkeley resident, now retired, and living in a Vallejo neighborhood, that is similar to many Berkeley neighborhoods. The reverse commute to Berkeley takes about 20 minutes, with 10 additional minutes to campus. Might be an additional... 10 minutes if caught in a commute pattern. Looking for a quiet, studious person, who would appreciate a quiet, safe, neighborhood, with parking, lots of room space, storage space . . . and who has a car, and is looking for a place where they can have undistracted study space, without roommates, etc. The bedroom I am renting has private access and is furnished. The reason it is more affordable is because the tenant will share the bathroom with the me, the property owner. The room set-up is akin to a dorm room, with a mini-fridge, a microwave oven, and a toaster oven. Kitchen privileges are possible upon my approval. I am an omnivore so meat and vegetables are used here. I also have a cat, that only lives in my portion of the home.
