Room in Safe, Quiet Neighborhood 1/2 block from Restaurants and bus to UCB

Bedroom and shared bath in amazingly located spacious clean Albany House. Also semi-private living room area. Back yard and deck with gas grill also. Location is less than 1/2 block to Solano Avenue where 18 bus line goes to UC Berkeley in a safe,... quiet, residential area. Also, close to University Village bus line to UCB. Our neighbors are great, lots of restaurants ½ block away on Solano, movies 2 blocks, grocery stores close to walk to, and Target/CVS close as well. Room is 12' x 10' and now it has a queen-sized bed. Room is available furnished or unfurnished as you wish. We have a monthly housecleaner included in rent.

Rent is $1150 and utilities are $100 which are electricity, gas, and heat. We have a dishwasher. Our internet is Sonic Fusion 1GB. Kitchen, living/dining room, deck, laundry is shared. Household is quiet for studying/working.

I am a self-employed female lawyer and work from an office in the home. I rent two rooms to students/post-docs who share a bath. Your other roommate is a Ph.D in Physics who works at Lawrence Livermore Lab. She is from India, is 33, and has live here for 5 years.
