Short term rental available from 5/15/2025 to 8/1/2025 in a safe, quiet, residential area. House is less than 1/2 block to Solano Avenue where 18 bus stop goes to UC Berkeley (23 minutes). Six blocks to University Village 52 bus line to UCB. Home is... spacious and tidy. Our neighbors are great, lots of restaurants ½ block away on Solano, movies 2 blocks, grocery stores close to walk to, and Target/CVS close as well. Room is 12' x 10' and it has a queen-sized bed and desk. Room is available furnished or unfurnished as you wish. We have a monthly housecleaner included in rent. Back yard and deck with gas grill also.
Rent is $1200 and utilities are $150 per month. We have a dishwasher. Our internet is Sonic Fusion 1GB. Kitchen, living/dining room, deck, laundry is shared. Household is quiet for studying/working.
