Quiet, private, garden setting, Victorian home is set back down a driveway with a gate, house really isn't visible from the street. 20 minute walk to UCB campus. or 10-15 min bike ride. Centrally located, 10 -15 min walk to BART, downtown, Trader Joes, 10 min bike ride to either of the Berkeley Bowls, or Monterey Market, or the Cheeseboard.

It is a nice room upstairs with a huge skylight that can open and close. Room has furnished double bed, dresser, desk, night table, Window has view of redwoods in garden and has secluded feel.

Garden has a tables, chairs, bbq.
There is a washer /dryer in the basement (ground level) and bicycles can wheel right in,
Dishwasher in the Kitchen,
There are two full Baths in the house and all bedrooms are nicely laid out.
Once a month house cleaning is great!

Common rooms are generous size, piano in living room. Dining room has nice long table.. We sometimes share meals, like conversation, but are pretty busy and independent overall. Nice rhythm of solo and shared time. Supportive setting for the serious student.

Rooming with Graduate students (3) and designer who owns the house and is semi retired. We are 5 in all. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a full bath downstairs. I ask for help with the garden 3-4 times a yr. All participate, We usually have a garden work party together and lunch is served as a thank you.
I am happy to set up a Zoom tour or in person tour.
