We have TWO rooms available in a beautiful 3br /2.5ba (1 room will remain empty for use as guest room/office). If you are interested in renting the whole house please... get in touch with me to see if its possible.

Neighborhood: This is the in the friendly, safe arts district of Jingletown (You can google if for more info, I can't put a link).The property is right along the water for nice walks, grass, and lots of sun. Beautiful sunsets. 10-min walk to cute downtown Alameda (cafe's, dining), 10-min walk to two grocery stores, 10-min walk along water to 24-hour fitness gym, 17-min walk to Bart or 5min bus to bart right outside, "3-bridge" jog, easy access to 880 to get to downtown SF/Oakland/Fremont within minutes, 15 min drive to UC Berkeley.

The Townhouse: The unit is a large 3br /2.5ba. Common spaces in the unit include a comfortable living room with a huge TV and sectional, perfect for relaxing and movie nights, an ample dining space, and fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The house has a half-bath in common area for guests, in-unit laundry, portable ac-units (rarely needed, climate is 60-75 degrees year round).

The two rooms are:

$2,000 for master bedroom, private bath, walk-in closet with large dresser, patio. Bathroom has tub, shower. This comes with a California king sized bed.

$1,500 for medium-size room plus private bath. Street parking is readily available. This is upstairs and very private from the master bedroom and rest of house. Furnished with queen sized bed/desk if desired.

The unit includes:
1 garaged parking is available for $150.
half-bath in common area for guests.
in-unit laundry.
Very comfy movie watching situation, with large sectional couch.
Lots of plants.
Dining room
Full range kitchen
Portable ac-units (you only need them 1-2 weeks a year). Climate is 60-75 degrees year round.
Utilities are in addition and will be split.
Lease can be from 9 months to 18 months.
1-month rent deposit required.
We can accept 1 well-behaved dog, but owner will be responsible for any damages.
