🏠 1 PRIVATE ROOM AVAILABLE : there may be some leeway in the posted "available on" date. HIGH CEILINGS, 4 tall windows,... closet, decorative marble mantelpiece!
(would consider turning it into a "double", or for a couple, if everyone else agrees to it)

=> You and the other girl (S.) would be sharing a large, elegant bathroom. The 3rd housemate has own bathroom.

* dishwasher that works damn well :)
* full-sized fridge and a mini-fridge
* large island
* toaster oven
* just about all the pots and pans you'd want - unless you're a professional chef, haha
* feels like a cafe, fun to people-watch from the windows - like being at a street-side table! (On Dwight Way, a medium pedestrian-traffic street)


🏠 PARKING:

* residents can get a permit from the city of Berkeley. Parking seems fairly good.


🏠 SMALL BACKYARD:

* shared with 2 units at bottom of house
* clean benches - perfect for picnics
* plants and trees maintained by the management (we also have our own plants in the front of the house)


🏠 ARTISTIC DECORATIONS:

* we put effort into decorations, but NOT SET on anything! We welcome your artistic input, to personalize the house to your taste as well

* the house is very elegant, throughout. High ceilings, and a long corridor suitable for a fashion-show runway (maybe we'll organize one!)


🏠 STORAGE:

* in addition to the private closet in the available room, there are lots of shelves in the long corridor


🏠 WASHER/DRYER:

* just for us 3; not shared with anyone else!

* NOT coin operated

* DEEP DISCOUNT during the summer months (we're eager to re-form our community ASAP): down to $1,100/mo, prorated as needed.

* In the fall, the rent returns to the normal $1,600 ; we're open to having a couple (or 2 friends) share that room.

* You will be on the lease, on equal footing with everyone else

* Utilities / Internet are extra (and shared) : we have a good WiFi, of course ;)
