The rent includes: Water, garbage, recycling, gas, electricity, streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Youtube), and Wifi. A security deposit of $500 is required upon signature of the sublease contract. The tenant will be responsible for cleaning the apartment and returning it in perfect condition.
