sunny and new studio
- Our sunny garden studio has all the amenities that we would like to have in a home away from our home. We designed it and built it.
-Hardwood oak floor.
-Kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker and food steamer,... toaster, electric juicer, coffee maker, electric kettle and blender.
-A hot plate for light cooking can be provided. This studio is not meant for heavy cooking.
-The bathroom is fully tiled floor to ceiling. It has a wide rain shower-head and a skylight.
-The bed measures 55 by 75 inches. It has a very comfortable memory mattress.
-Bedding, towels, and kitchen utensils provided.
-Utilities included.
-Use of washer and dryer.
-No Television. Fiber Optic Wifi.

-Electric fan available.
-An exterior balcony with table and chair overlook our small garden.
-6 minutes walk to Berkeley Bowl Market West.
-2 miles from campus.
-15 minutes walk to Ashby Bart. Near different bus stops.
-The studio is cross the largest city own park of Berkeley, San Pablo Park. The park has 8 tennis courts, Basketball court, 2 diamonds, etc. It is a very well maintained park.
-There is a Berkeley bike sharing system across the street.
-We speak English, Spanish and French fluently, we also speak some German. We can understand anyone by signs as well.
-No parties and loud noises aloud.
-The person has to be very neat and respect the space that was built with much care and attention to detail.
