(cat roams free during the day, and is locked in at night) Fast wi-fi. Easy street parking. Del Norte BART 14 min walk, or 4 min drive. BART to UC Campus 9 minutes. Grocery Outlet just down the street. Neighborhood is very safe, somewhat upscale but not overly so. Early move-in date can be arranged.
