The rooms are rented as "unfurnished", but we have a fair stock of furniture left by former tenants that new tenants may use. This second-floor room, four blocks from the UCB campus and has served many cohorts of serious UCB students over its long life. A sun-deck on the 2nd floor level is accessible via the kitchen. The four individual rooms on the second floor level share a bathroom and kitchen. A locked garage is available for bicycle storage. The property is gender neutral and LGBTQ friendly. The closest full-service super-market is Berkeley Bowl, on Shattuck Ave., and there is a small shop, Shattuck Market, two blocks to the west, at Haste and Shattuck, which remains open until 11 PM. Please note: there is no on-site laundry.
