Rent is all inclusive of basically everything except food.

Private rooms for females: $1200 - $1750 (rent includes utilities)
Shared rooms for males or females: $850 - $1550 per person (same sex rooms)
Private attached bathrooms in some rooms.
All rooms individually locked. 2 doors with key pads to get inside the house. Fully secure!

* Rent includes: utilities, Sonic wireless internet, professional cleaning in common areas and bathrooms, toilet paper, cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, iron/ironing board, fully equipped kitchen (you just need food), furniture (bed/desk/desk chair and nightstand/dresser).
* No bunk beds. Regular twin beds in super spacious rooms.
* Remodeled MODERN shared kitchen with nice stainless steel appliances, assigned refrigerator and storage space. All the essentials except food provided including small appliances (microwave, air-fryer, toaster, rice cooker, blender, coffee maker, electric kettle), pots, pans, cooking utensils and basic spices. No meals (Dining Hall located a block away if you choose to purchase dining card from UCB).
* All bathrooms remodeled and NICE! No co-ed bathrooms.
* Common area TV room with large flat screen ROKU TV for streaming.
* Sunny deck to enjoy the sunshine.
* Shared coin-operated washer/dryer.
* Professional cleaning of common areas and bathrooms.
