This is a spacious fully furnished three bedroom and one-bathroom apartment located on the first floor of a three-story building. Around the corner are all the stores and restaurants of the Gourmet Ghetto, and it is about a 15-minute walk to campus... and BART. This building attracts PhD students with an average tenancy of four years over the last ten years.
The building has an app operated laundry room on site (no coins). Water and garbage/recycling are included with rent. Parking included and internet service high speed fiber promotion (2 months for free – no contracts).
