The building has an app-operated laundry room on site (no coins). Abloy lock system on the door and in the building – highest security lock system, meaning no duplicate keys exist and one key to access the unit, mailbox, and common areas. Prior tenants do not have access to your unit. Very few buildings in Berkeley, if any, feature this lock system.
