The building is quiet and peaceful which consistently attracts graduate... students with an average four-year tenancy. Around the corner, you are surrounded by the stores and restaurants of the Gourmet Ghetto, and it is about a 15-minute walk to campus and BART. The building has an app-operated laundry room on site (no coins). Abloy lock system on the door and in the building – highest security lock system, meaning no duplicate keys exist and one key to access the unit, mailbox, and common areas.
