The garden and hot tub and laundry facilities are shared with me, the owner - a writer who lives upstairs, teaches at a nearby university, and values a renter who is kind, considerate, quiet, and mindful of the shared spaces. There is ample street parking just outside the main entrance to the property.
The studio is in a neighborhood nestled between Tilden Park and downtown Berkeley and is a haven for bikers, hikers, artists, writers and nature lovers. Buses to downtown Berkeley and San Francisco are a block away. Downtown Berkeley and Solano Avenue are just a half hour walk away.
The studio is $2200/monthly which includes all utilities and wifi. There is a $2200 security deposit.
