This fully furnished cottage is brand new, with bamboo floors, full kitchen with quartz countertops, gas fireplace, and home office setup with wireless internet, sit/stand desk, printer/scanner/copier, and laptop docking station and monitor. In addition to a queen bed there is a queen sofa bed for a guest, washer/dryer (in a shared laundry space). The rental includes all utilities and cable TV. With vaulted ceilings and high transom windows, the cottage has great daylight and a very open feeling. There is a newly landscaped backyard for very relaxing morning coffee or afternoon barbecue's.

The cottage is located in the heart of the Rockridge District with an abundance of cafes, restaurants, and shops. On a quiet tree lined residential street with an easy walk to BART and multiple bus lines, a ten-minute bike or bus ride to UC Berkeley and downtown Berkeley, you cannot find a better location. The BART commuter rail is a ten-minute walk away and can take you to all major Bay Area locations, with downtown Oakland being just two stops away and downtown San Francisco just a 20-minute train ride. Rockridge is a family friendly neighborhood with a diverse mix of young families, professionals, college students, older residence, and mixed ethnicity's.
