Room for rent in family home in Albany

Clean, bright and quiet local family home on a quiet street within walking (45 min), biking (20 minutes) or bus ride (20 minutes) from campus. We are a retired couple with adult children who no longer live with us and are in search of a grad student... or faculty who would like to stay in our home. We will be getting a new pet soon (puppy), so must be dog friendly and able to put up with some puppy shenanigans. If we go out of town, we would ask you to feed and care for the animals. We also have an outdoor cat.
You will have access to the entire house which is fully furnished and includes a fully outfitted kitchen and a washer and dryer.
Your bedroom is upstairs and has a shared bathroom (when one of our children are visiting, otherwise it’s all yours).
The back yard has a sheltered deck. Also an outdoor seating area with a propane fire pit. No off-street parking provided (we will be parking one of our cars in the driveway) but there is street parking usually right in front or nearby.
