A very quiet, nice, and organized male master's student in architecture in early-30s is currently occupying one bedroom on the second floor. Landlord couple was using the other four rooms and have recently moved out for improved privacy. We are looking for quiet, respectful, and clean tenants who can share the house with others (preferably sharing the similar lifestyle with our current tenant).
