Average area monthly rent for a two-bedroom house is $5000+ for five weeks. In exchange for caring for... our two friendly cats and watering the garden, rent is $3000 for this period. We’re open to partial stays ($750/week).
Location: Two blocks from North Berkeley BART station and the 52 bus line that circles the campus. Three blocks to a grocery store and the 51 bus line to campus. Fifteen-minute walk to west side of campus.
Home is on 2nd floor, providing both sunshine and privacy. Two bedrooms (one double bed and one single bed), one bathroom, living room, two offices, and eat-in kitchen. Sunny front porch, and back garden with trees, flowers, and a fountain where we enjoy relaxing throughout the year.
